About Me

Hi, Welcome to PrettyPinkPebbles!

I’m glad to see you here. In doing so, you’ve introduced yourself to your “Happiness Developer.”

I’m Ana. I live with my loving husband and super son in Gurgaon, India.

I’m creating this space as if it was a room, where you can come in to enjoy “The Simple” in life, anytime of the day. It is a white room with big white windows, and a bright yellow door, which is always slightly open. I create Art, Beauty, Happiness and Joy for you here. Come in, and rejoice!

While creating this space, I do not let myself interfere with my work. I let my inner force guide me, and then I allow myself to follow it fearlessly.

I have much interest in life around me: the interesting people, the soulful things, books, nature, and music—all of it so rich that I can say, “I live my life in Creative Splendour.”

Be happy, be your own kind of beautiful! And while we take this journey called life, lets pocket a few pebbles on the way!

love-ana

I love reading your mails, feel free to write to me at prettypinkpebbles(at)yahoo(dot)com. Thank you.

  1. welcome and thanks for reading my words, i look forward to reading yours. like you, i used to work in the ad biz, and changed careers at 40, went back to school and became a teacher. now i have more time, still get to be creative and no stress. )

  2. Your bio reminds me of the author of the Happiness Project, Gretchen Rubin 🙂

Anyway I love your artwork I wish I can draw too lol! 🙂

Thanks for dropping by Ana and God bless you!

    Be an inspiration! 😉

  3. Best is to carry the Home with you.
Home is where you are heart is.
Heart is where your Home is.
    Thanks for visiting my site.
I see that you are from the Ad,.industry.
What are your views on the Ad Industry’s copy writing, which, it seems to be, consists of twisted facts, blatant lies, all couched under Creativity and ‘service to the Client’.?
And cheap exploitation of women by portraying them as a piece to be enjoyed..?
    Regds.

    • Hi there!

The sarcasm in your comment made me smile.

Please be kind to ad folks. People do any thing to make a living. They are just writing copy. And some of them are doing a great job there. Lets try and see the positive.

Besides that, the buyer today is very informed and very smart. He knows what he is buying.

And as far as objectifying women is concerned I totally detest that, be it Advertising or Bollywood. Although I must say it was a pleasant surprise to hear anger in a man’s voice regarding the same. We still have hope.

      • Sarcasm was unintended.,sorry.
Point this people who can make a difference towards knowledge by the power of pen , might consider doing only what is good.
However you have a point as one has to make a Living.
Yet the moment we shirk our responsibilities, we contribute to the ills we often decry.
Having said that , is that not the way Life is?
        Regds,

  4. Life is all about balance. good is because evil is. we can only hope to live in an ideal world where everything is good, but we must embrace the evil around. Life is what we make of it.

    Keep up the good work!
